Swastik International Co. is situated at A-1, Sai Udyog Nagar. We are right near the H.P. Gas Godown in Bhayander (East). It’s a useful landmark because otherwise, people might miss our turn. The area is full of small businesses and warehouses. Our unit stays pretty busy with packing and checking items. There is always a lot of tape and cardboard boxes around. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is labeled correctly before it goes out. The office part is just a few desks pushed together in one corner. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s a quiet kind of busy inside. Sometimes the trucks for the gas godown block the road, so we have to wait to get our own deliveries in. We know most of the people who work in Sai Udyog Nagar by now. It’s a tight-knit community of sorts. We have our tea breaks at the same time every day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, but we do have work that needs to get done. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just look at what needs to be shipped and we do it. The fans hum all day to keep the air moving. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us here in Bhayander. By the time evening comes, the floor is usually covered in scrap paper and leftover plastic wrap from the packing process. We tidy up and do it all again tomorrow.
