You can find us at Flat No 32 on the ground floor of Gautam Center. We’re right on Tilak Road in Kopri, Thane East. It’s a convenient spot because it’s on the ground floor, so people don’t have to climb stairs or wait for a slow lift. We’ve been in this neighborhood for some time. We call ourselves home makers because that’s what we do—we put houses together from the ground up. The office is usually full of paper and the smell of fresh tea. We have some chairs for visitors to sit while we talk about property and prices. Tilak Road is always active with cars and people shopping. We like being part of the local scene here in Thane East. It’s a small team of us. We handle the sales and the paperwork for various projects we have going on. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with all the files and maps, but we know where everything is kept. We don’t go for the corporate look because it’s just not us. We just want to be reachable for the people who live around here. People from Kopri know us by name and stop by to say hello. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons visiting construction sites to see the progress. It’s a routine that works for us. We don't have a big fancy lobby.
