Swamini Autoparts operates out of Unit No. 125 and 126 in the Devendra Industrial Estate. Having two units side by side gives us enough room to keep the production line moving and still have some space for storage. Lokmanya Nagar 2 is a busy industrial hub, and you can always hear the sound of machinery from the neighboring units. We focus on making and distributing various auto parts. The floor is usually busy with people moving components from one station to the next. It is a dusty environment, as you would expect in a place like this, but we keep the machines well-oiled and the workers are used to the noise. Our team consists of local people who know the auto industry inside out. We don't spend much on advertising; most of our work comes from being part of this industrial community for a long time. There is a small office tucked away in the corner where we handle the orders and the billing, but most of the action happens out on the factory floor. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a large order comes in, and we all have to pitch in to get it sorted and loaded onto the trucks. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the parts we produce are solid. It is a humble setup, but it works for us and the people who rely on us for parts.
