Our place is at number 3 in the Khandelwal Estate, located on Pokhran Road No.1 in the Upvan area. It’s a well-known spot in Thane. We deal with auto parts and have a lot of stock kept in our warehouse space. The estate is a bit older, so the buildings have that lived-in look. We’ve been here for several years now. The office is right at the front, and it's usually cluttered with invoices and samples of different components. It can get pretty busy when the delivery trucks arrive to unload new stock. The area near Upvan is nice, but the traffic on Pokhran Road can be a bit much during rush hour. We have a small group of people working here, mostly handling the orders and checking the inventory. It's not a high-tech environment. We use old-fashioned ledgers sometimes alongside the computer. There are stacks of boxes everywhere you look. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on getting the parts to the people who need them. Sometimes the overhead lights flicker, and the furniture is a bit mismatched. It doesn't matter much as long as we can find what we need quickly. We usually take a break in the afternoon and walk down the road for some chai at a local stall. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve gotten to know all the other business owners in the estate. Just a simple auto parts business.
