Suvijay Espee Cons. Pune is actually based in Thane West, over at Shivdarshan Apartment. We are up on the 4th floor in room 403. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is being finicky, which happens more than we’d like. Even though the name says Pune, we spend a lot of our time right here in the Suryanagar area of Vitava. The office is a bit cramped with all the blueprints and site reports laying around on every flat surface. We don't really bother with fancy furniture or decorations. It’s just a place to work. Usually, there’s a radio playing in the background while we try to figure out the scheduling for the next week. We deal with construction stuff, so there’s always talk about steel prices or cement deliveries. It’s a messy business, and our shoes are rarely clean. Sometimes we have to head out to Pune for meetings, which makes for a long day on the road. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the projects we started without too many headaches. People come by the apartment to drop off documents or ask questions about the ongoing work. We just keep the files moving and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It’s a straightforward operation with no real frills, just people working hard in a small room. We get the job done and go home.
