Surya Star Impex Llp is based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Our place is in Market I, Phase II, at unit A-4. Vashi is a huge center for all kinds of trade, so being right in the market area makes a lot of sense for what we do. It is a very busy environment with trucks and workers moving goods around all day long. It’s not the most polished place to work, but it is where the real business of importing and exporting happens. Our office is a simple, functional unit. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big sign outside. It’s mainly just a space for our desks, computers, and files. We spend a lot of time on the phone with agents and suppliers, making sure shipments are on schedule. The market can be quite dusty and noisy, but we are used to it by now. We aren't trying to look like a big corporate firm. We are just a local business that knows how the trade works in this part of town. Most of our days are spent dealing with the logistics of moving cargo and making sure all the paperwork is in order. It is hard, everyday work that keeps us on our toes. We like being close to the action in Vashi and just focus on getting the job done right every day.
