Suneeta Garments

If you go down into the Priyadarshini Basement on M. J. Phule Road in Naupada, you will find us. Suneeta Garments has been in this basement for a good bit of time. It’s a bit cooler down here than out on the street, which is nice in the summer. We have racks and racks of clothes all over the place. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough room for everything, but we manage to find a spot. The lights are bright so we can see the stitching and the colors properly. It’s mostly just the sound of sewing machines and people talking about the next batch of work. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a local shop doing what we know how to do. Some of the machines are old but they still work just fine. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign out front. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We spend the day cutting, sewing, and folding. It gets a bit dusty with all the thread and fabric bits, but we sweep up at the end of the day. It’s just honest work. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Just a basement shop in Naupada making clothes for folks. Sometimes the orders are small, sometimes they are bigger. We take them as they come.
