Sun Agarbatti & Co. is located in the Raj Laxmi Commercial Complex, specifically in building 37/38. We are out on the Thana Bhiwandi Road in the Kalher area. If you come by, you’ll probably smell us before you see us. Making incense means the scent gets into everything, even our clothes. It’s a busy complex with lots of trucks coming and going. We have a modest space where we do all the mixing and packing. It’s not a fancy setup. There are bags of raw materials and stacks of boxes everywhere. We don’t have much in the way of office furniture, just the basics to get the paperwork done. Most of our time is spent on the production side. We’ve been here in Kalher for a while now. The road outside is always under construction or full of traffic, which can be frustrating. We don't have a big team of sales people. Usually, it's just us answering the phone and taking orders. We aren't looking to change the world, just to make a product that people seem to like using in their homes. We don't do promotional events or anything like that. We just stay here in the complex and keep the production line moving as best as we can. It gets quite hot in the warehouse during the summer months, but we have a few fans that help keep the air moving.
