String Impex

String Impex operates out of B1 210 in the Rashmi Enclave complex. We are located in Shanti Park, which is part of Mira Road East. It’s a residential and commercial mix around here, so it feels quite lived-in. Our office is just a regular room where we manage our import and export stuff. There are always stacks of papers and some samples lying around on the chairs or the floor. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to packing boxes. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have a small kitchen area for making tea and that’s about it for extras. Mira Road East is quite a commute for some of us, but we’re used to it by now. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or things like that. We just try to get the shipping details right and make sure things arrive when they should. It can be stressful when there are delays at the port, but that’s just the nature of the business. We’ve been in Rashmi Enclave for some time now. The neighbors are mostly quiet and keep to themselves. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. If you come by B1 210, you’ll just see us working at our computers.
