We’re located in the E-Wing of a building in Thane. It’s a 302 number office. Thane has grown so much lately, so there is always some construction or development going on nearby. We work in the infrastructure sector, which basically means we deal with building projects and development stuff. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of maps of the local area. It isn't a high-end corporate suite. It feels more like a place where real work happens. Sometimes the hallway is a bit noisy with other businesses, but we don't mind. We’ve been in this Maharashtra spot for a while now. Most of our clients are local folks looking into property or development. We don't use big words or fancy pitches. We just show the plans and talk about the costs. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. The traffic in Thane can be a nightmare, so we usually start early. We stay until the paperwork is done. It's a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the phone to checking on sites. We like the pace of things here. It keeps us busy without being too overwhelming. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but it's not a priority right now. We just focus on the projects we have on our desks. It’s a practical way to run a small company.
