Sterling Construction Systems Ltd.

Our office for Sterling Construction Systems Ltd. is over in CBD Belapur, right in the Neel Sidhi Splendour building. We are in Sector 15, which is a pretty central spot if you’re doing business in Navi Mumbai. It’s a bit more formal than a home office, but it’s still just a place for us to get the work done. A-102 is set up with our computers and all the project files we’ve gathered over the years. Belapur is always humming with activity, and we’re right in the middle of it. Most of our mornings are spent going through site reports and the afternoons are for meeting with people. It’s a lot of coordination. You wouldn't find any slick marketing brochures here, just real plans for real buildings. We’ve been in this 400614 area for a good while now. The building is nice, but we’re usually too busy to notice much. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the payroll or sort out a supply issue. Construction is a tough business, and things don't always go according to the plan on the paper. We just handle the problems as they pop up and keep the projects moving. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. A quick lunch at the local shops nearby is usually all the downtime we get before heading back to the desk or out to a site. Work just keeps piling up.
