We are down at Shop No 18Pt on the ground floor of the Anihas Castings Compound. It’s in the Pomal Industrial area, right across from Everest World near Dhokali Naka in Thane West. Because it’s an industrial compound, it’s a bit different from your average office park. There’s a lot of activity around us, mostly folks working in the other units. Our shop is where we handle all our consulting work for Sproject Bhoomi. It’s a practical space with sturdy furniture and plenty of room for all the blueprints and land documents we have to look at. The floor is a bit dusty sometimes because of the location, but we don't mind much. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. We know most of the people around Dhokali Naka. It’s a hardworking part of Thane, and we fit right in. We spend our days talking to clients about land and property, often over a glass of water or some chai brought in from the stall nearby. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls, just some maps of the local area and our calendars. It’s an honest place where we focus on the details of the job. It gets noisy with the trucks nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We like the grit of the place.
