We are located at Plot No. 02 in the Shahu Smruti building, which sits on Korus Road in J.K. Gram. This part of Thane West is quite busy these days. Spectra Lifesciences Pvt Ltd occupies a space that is easy to get to, though the traffic on Korus Road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. The building itself is a standard commercial setup, nothing too flashy. We’ve got our office and work areas laid out inside. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of files or samples coming in, but we make it work. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings popping up all the time. We have a few windows that look out onto the street, so we can see the rain when it pours down in July. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us doing the daily work. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we usually end up talking shop in the afternoons. It’s a practical location for us since it’s well-connected to the rest of Thane. We keep things pretty informal here. If you walk in, you’ll see people busy at their desks or packing boxes. There aren't any big motivational posters or anything like that. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day and then heading home.
