You have to head up to the third floor of Emerald Plaza to find us. We are located right above the Kotak Mahindra Bank here in Hiranandani Meadows. Thane West has grown so much lately, and Gladly Alwares Road is always buzzing with activity. Being in a shopping plaza means there are always people around, but once you step inside our hospital, things feel a bit different. It’s a mix of maternity cases and general health issues. We see a lot of expectant mothers coming in for their monthly scans or just to ask questions about how they’re feeling. The maternity ward has that specific quietness to it, interrupted by the occasional sound of a newborn. Then there’s the general side where people come for all sorts of regular ailments. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during lunch hours, so some of us just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. Our office space is filled with medical charts and some old plants that we try to keep alive by the window. We don't have any flashy signs or high-tech decor. It’s mostly just white walls and functional furniture. People from the nearby apartments usually walk over because it’s convenient. We spend our shift making sure the rooms are ready and the medicine cabinet is stocked up. It’s a steady rhythm of work that keeps us busy from morning until the late shift takes over.
