Spanfield Agriscience Llp is located in the Casa Bella complex, specifically in Savanna A-406. This is over in the Kalyan area of Thane. It’s a bit different running an agriscience business from a residential building, but it works for us right now. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out visiting sites across Maharashtra, so we don’t need a massive warehouse in the city. Being in Kalyan gives us a decent base to reach different parts of the state. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the building know us by now. It’s quiet in the office, which helps when we have to go through data or plan out our next steps. We focus a lot on the technical side of farming. It’s not just about planting seeds; there’s a lot of science involved that people don’t always see. We try to keep things simple and direct. No big speeches or complicated jargon when we talk to people. Just straightforward talk about what needs to be done for the crops. Sometimes the traffic in Thane makes getting around a bit of a nightmare, but we manage. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working out of this flat. It’s practical and it keeps our overhead low so we can just focus on the actual work we do. We like the setup we have here for now. It is efficient and gets the job done.
