Spanco Ltd As Project Executive

We’ve been based out of this small room in J K Pawar Chawl for a while now. If you know the Hanuman Chowk area in Azadnagar No. 1, you know it gets quite busy around here, especially being so close to Castle Mill. It’s not a fancy office by any means. It’s just Room No. 6, where a few of us sit and handle the project executive work that comes our way. Sometimes the noise from the street gets in, but we’re used to it. The walls are a bit thin, and the fan makes a clicking sound, but it gets the job done. People usually find us by looking for the mill landmark because the chawl lanes can be a bit confusing if you aren’t from around here. We spend most of our mornings just organizing schedules and making sure the paperwork for our various projects is in order before things get too hectic in the afternoon. It’s a tight space, so we usually go out for tea near the corner when we need a break. Most of the folks around here know us as the guys who are always on their phones or hunched over desks. We don’t have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and we're right there. It’s practical for what we do. Dealing with projects means a lot of back and forth, and being in Thane West keeps us central enough to reach different sites when needed. It’s just honest work from a small corner of the city.
