You can find us at Lokupawan, specifically in Phase 2nd. We are in D-1/1003. This is in the Pokhran Road 2 area of Thane West. Snowtown Ventures Private Limited is the name of our company. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is a nice area. The building is one of those typical Thane residential-cum-commercial structures. We have been here for some time now. Our office isn't very large, but it works for what we do. We handle various ventures and investments from this desk. Most days, it is just a couple of us working through spreadsheets or making calls. The Pokhran Road area has changed a lot over the years with new shops and buildings coming up everywhere. It’s a busy part of Maharashtra, but our little corner in Lokupawan is relatively calm. We don't have any fancy signage outside. People who need to find us usually just call when they are at the gate. We keep things pretty simple here. There are no big meetings or corporate events. Just honest work every day. We usually bring our own lunch or grab something from the local vendors nearby. It’s a very local way of doing things. We have everything we need in this office to keep the business running. It is just a regular day-to-day operation in a regular part of Thane without any extra fluff.
