Smart Biz Connections Llp is located in Flat No 2706 of the Cardinal Building. This is part of the Hiranandani Estate, which is right off Gb Road. We are pretty high up on the 27th floor. From up here, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding area and all the traffic moving along Gb Road. It is a lot of cars and trucks most of the time. The Cardinal Building itself is one of many in the estate, so it can be a bit confusing for people who haven't visited before. We have our office set up in this flat and it works out well for the team. There is not a lot of noise from the street once you get this high up, which is nice for staying focused. We have been running Smart Biz Connections Llp from here and it feels like a regular part of our daily lives now. We don't have any big signs or corporate branding all over the place. It is just a workspace with the usual computers and some desks. Most days we just come in and start on our to-do lists. Hiranandani Estate has plenty of places to get a quick bite, so we usually head out for a bit during the afternoon. It is a decent spot to be based in, even if the traffic on Gb Road can be a bit of a headache. We just do our work and go home.
