S.M. Construction

S.M. Construction is based in Kasarvadavali Village, which is out on G.B. Road in Thane West. Our office is in a building called Sajida Manzil. If you are looking for us, we are right near the B.J.P. office, so that’s usually the easiest way for people to find the place. It’s a local neighborhood and we’ve been here for a long time. We do all our construction planning and admin work right from this office. It’s not some big, shiny corporate headquarters. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get things done. The village area has its own charm, even though G.B. Road has become so busy with all the new buildings and traffic lately. We’ve seen the whole area change from a quiet spot to a bustling part of the city. Inside Sajida Manzil, our setup is pretty basic. We have our desks, some old chairs, and piles of project maps. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. We’re just a local construction crew that knows the Thane area inside and out. We take our work seriously but we don’t feel the need for any of that corporate talk. We just show up, do the job, and talk to our clients like regular neighbors. That’s how we’ve always done it and it works for us. Living and working in the same area makes a lot of sense for a team like ours.
