S.K.Builder

We’re located in Thane, specifically in the Shiddi CHS building. Our unit is A/301. It’s a standard apartment-style office, which is pretty common around here in Maharashtra. Being S.K.Builder means we spend a lot of time out on sites, but this is where the planning happens. It’s not a large space. We have a couple of desks, some blueprints rolled up in the corner, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. Dealing with building work involves a lot of phone calls and coordinating with different people. We do all of that from this room in Thane. The building itself is busy, with people coming and going all day long. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we just take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just work. If someone needs to discuss a project, they come up to the third floor. We offer them some water or tea and get straight to the point. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we’re here late when a deadline is coming up. The neighborhood is loud, but you get used to it. We've been here for a bit and know the local area well. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, right here in Shiddi CHS. We just keep building things and checking our plans.
