Skaf Construction Co.

Skaf Construction Co. is located at 302/C-14 in Sector-2 of Shantinagar. This is over in Mira Road East, zip code 401107. We’ve been working out of this apartment-style office for a while. It’s a residential area mostly, so it stays relatively quiet during the day when everyone is at work. We use the space to coordinate our construction jobs. There are always blueprints laying around and samples of materials on the floor. It’s not the neatest place, but it shows we are busy. Shantinagar is a decent area. We like being in Mira Road East because it’s easy to get to different sites from here. The office is on the third floor, so we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the window open. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the day-to-day stuff. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out at actual building sites. When we are here, we’re usually catching up on emails or sorting out the payroll. It’s a plain room with some basic desks and chairs. We don't see the need for anything more than that. It works for what we do. We have some old maps pinned to the wall and a small kitchen area where we make coffee. It’s not much, but it’s ours. We’ve been part of the Shantinagar community for a long time.
