You can find us at the Swastik Residency building, which is tucked behind Muchala Polytechnic here in Thane. Being right off Ghodbunder Road means we deal with a lot of noise and traffic every single day, but that is just part of living and working in this part of the world. At Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, our space is usually filled with the sound of people talking over the hum of the city outside. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. Our office is practical and a bit crowded with all the files and project folders we have to keep track of for our work. Thane can be quite a challenge during the monsoon season when the rain just doesn't seem to stop and everything gets a bit damp. We spend our hours coordinating logistics and making sure the engineering side of things is moving along. It’s a lot of coordination between the office here and the various sites we manage. We aren't big on formalities, so you'll usually find us in regular clothes just trying to get through the daily to-do list. There is always a lot to do, and the day goes by pretty fast once we get started. We take our breaks when we can and try to keep the mood light even when the deadlines are tight. It’s just a group of people working hard in a busy neighborhood.
