Our Thane office is located at 4/17 Parvati Chs on K-Villa Road. Being inside a cooperative housing society means it feels very much like a part of the local community. It’s a busy area of Thane West, and the road outside is always full of people going about their business. Inside the office, it’s a mix of computer screens and stacks of folders. We don't have those open-plan offices you see in movies; it’s more about using every bit of space we have. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a neighbor or a delivery, but mostly it’s people coming in to discuss project details. We handle various parts of the Simplex Infrastructures Ltd operations from this branch. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners, and the furniture is more functional than comfortable. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It can get a bit frantic during the end of the month when all the reports are due. There’s a small pantry where we make coffee, but usually, we just head out to the local shops for a break. We don’t have a corporate culture per se; we just know each other well and get the tasks done. It’s an honest place where the work is the main thing. We’ve been at this address for a while and have become a fixture on K-Villa Road for the locals nearby.
