Simplex Construction

Simplex Construction is situated in Navi Mumbai, specifically at Mudit Garden. We are on the second floor in Flat No. 202. This is in Sector 12A, Plot 17/1, Koper Kharine. The pin code is 400701, here in Maharashtra. It’s a residential-style building, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than a high-rise. We have our computers set up and a table where we look at blueprints. Koper Kharine is a busy area, but being on the second floor keeps us a little away from the street noise. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on various construction sites. The flat isn't huge, but it is enough for our small team to get the planning done. We have some folders stacked up on the shelves and a small kitchen area for making coffee. It feels more like a home office than a corporate suite. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep everything on schedule. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short commute. Navi Mumbai is always growing, so there is always something to do. We just keep at it from our little spot in Mudit Garden. It works for us. We've been in this sector for a bit now and know the local layout quite well. It’s just a regular business day here most of the time.
