Silverlines H R is located over in Bhayander East. We’re on the ground floor, specifically Office No 2. The building is near the 100 Feet Road, 1st Stage, and 20th Main, which sounds like a lot of numbers but it’s basically just the area near Maxus Mall. Being on the ground floor is great because we don’t have to wait for any slow lifts. We can just walk straight in from the street. The area around Maxus Mall is usually packed with people, especially on the weekends, but even during the week, there’s a lot of activity. Our office is a quiet little corner amidst all that busyness. We have a simple setup with a few desks and some filing cabinets. It’s not a place that’s meant to impress anyone; it’s just where we work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Sometimes we walk over to the mall for a quick bite or just to stretch our legs after sitting for too long. The 100 Feet Road always has traffic moving along it, so there’s a constant background noise of cars and bikes. We’ve become pretty good at ignoring it though. The staff here is just a few local people who know the area well. We don't have any big corporate policies or fancy titles. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home when the work is finished. It’s a straightforward way to run things.
