SILK ROAD BAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re located in Nerul, over in the NRI complex area. Specifically, we are in Flat 502 of Building 34. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main market areas of Mumbai, which we definitely like. Being in Sector 54-56-58 means we have a bit more space and air. The office is basically a converted flat, so it feels quite homely. We are Silk Road Bazaar Private Limited. We deal with trade along the old silk road routes, or at least that’s the idea behind the company name. Mostly it’s just organizing logistics and talking to vendors on the phone. We have a small table where we have our lunch together every day. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here in Navi Mumbai. We don't have clients visiting very often, so we don't worry about keeping the place looking like a catalog. There are boxes of samples stacked in the corner and some old maps on the wall. The sea breeze comes in through the balcony window sometimes which is very nice in the heat of summer. We’ve been here since the phase 1 part of the complex was still relatively new. It’s a simple way to run a business. No big boardrooms or fancy suits are required here. We just come in, do the work, and keep the bazaar side of things moving along. It’s a decent place to spend the day and we like the neighborhood.
