Sika India Pvt Ltd

Our office is Flat No. 301 in the Siddhesh Building. We are located in Sector -19 of CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. The pin is 400614. Being in Belapur is handy because it’s a major business hub, but our specific spot is just a regular flat in a commercial-residential building. Sika India Pvt Ltd has been using this space as a branch office for a while. It’s on the third floor, and there is an elevator, though sometimes it’s quicker to just take the stairs. The office isn't very large. It’s basically a few rooms where we’ve put some desks and filing cabinets. We handle a lot of the local coordination for construction projects from here. You can see other buildings from the window, and it gets quite a bit of sunlight in the mornings. It’s a practical place to work, nothing too fancy or over the top. We have our tea breaks and talk about the work that needs finishing. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road nearby, but we’re used to it. We don’t have a big reception area, so if you come in, you’re basically right in the middle of our workspace. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to keep things moving along without much fuss. We've been here long enough that it feels like home, even with all the paperwork around.
