We are up on the first floor of the Divine Sherato building in Bhayander East. It is right near the Jain Temple so most people find us without needing a map. The office is usually full of parcels and big envelopes waiting to be sent out. We spend a lot of our time sorting through addresses and making sure things are labeled right. It is a lot of walking up and down the stairs. We have a few delivery boys who come in every morning to pick up their bags for the day. Sometimes the weather is bad and things get delayed at the hub. We try to tell people straight if there is a problem with their package. We are not a giant company with fancy robots. It is just us and our motorcycles out there on the road. The stairs leading up to the office are a bit narrow and dark. We have been in this spot for a few years now. Some of our regular customers just drop their stuff on the desk and tell us to bill them at the end of the month. We keep a record of everything in a big blue notebook. It is simple and it works for us. We do not have a website that tracks every single second. We just call the destination office if we need to check on something. We close up the shutters around eight. It is hard work but it keeps the neighborhood moving.
