We operate out of a ground floor unit in the Om Shanti Cooperative Housing Society, located in Shantiniketan, Sector-3 of Vashi. Navi Mumbai is a bit more spaced out than the main city, but it still gets plenty busy around here. Our flat number is 23. It’s actually quite nice being on the ground floor because we don't have to deal with elevators, and it’s easy to move equipment in and out when we need to. The office doesn't look like a typical corporate branch. Since it’s in a housing society, it feels a bit more personal and less intimidating. We have our workspace set up with desks and plenty of shelving for all the technical documents we keep. It’s a practical, lived-in space. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. We don't follow a strict dress code; it’s mostly just comfortable clothes so we can work through the day. The environment is pretty quiet compared to the main roads, which helps us stay focused. We handle a lot of coordination for the Maharashtra region from this little spot. It’s not a grand headquarters, just a simple place where a few of us show up every day to make sure the work gets done correctly. We prefer it this way because it’s efficient and keeps us close to the local community without all the unnecessary corporate layers or noise.
