Our office is tucked away in 103/B Saipark, over in the Aptewadi area of Badlapur East. It is a quiet spot near the Parshi Bunglow, which makes it a nice place to sit and work on our building plans. Being in Thane, we see a lot of changes happening in the neighborhood all the time. We are a small team doing construction work around the local area. Most of our day is spent visiting sites or talking to laborers about the next stage of a project. The office isn’t anything too big or flashy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. We started out here because we know the Badlapur streets and how things work with the local supplies. Sometimes the rain in this part of Maharashtra slows us down, but we just wait it out and get back to the bricks and mortar. We handle the paperwork and the actual building side of things too. It is honest work, getting houses put together for families in the area. You can usually find one of us at the Aptewadi office during the day, unless we are out checking on a foundation or a roof. We don't spend much on advertising because people usually just hear about us from their neighbors. It is just a straightforward construction business run by local people who live here and know the ground well.
