We are located at Shop No. 31, Plot 21 in Sector 11 of Belapur. It’s a good spot in Navi Mumbai, right in the middle of all the shops and banks. Being in a shop instead of a high office makes it easier for people to just walk in and ask questions. We deal with realty and housing. Most of our work involves showing people different flats and explaining the prices and the areas. We have a lot of brochures on the table, though they get a bit messy after a while. The 400614 area is quite busy these days with new projects. We’ve seen a lot of people moving into Belapur for new jobs. Our office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for our small team. We have a couple of desks and a small area for meetings over tea. It’s honest work that keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sellers and buyers. Sometimes the paperwork for the government takes forever, but we just stay patient and keep filing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Maharashtra. We just want to do right by the people who come through our door. We know the local market pretty well since we are here every single day. We see the morning commuters and the evening rush from our shop window. It’s just our daily life. If someone needs a house, we show them what we have available. It's simple.
