Applik Exotica

Applik Exotica operates out of Vithal Bungalow in Sector 1 of Shree Nagar. We are situated right across from the Anand Dham Building. It is a bit of a quieter residential area compared to the main industrial zones. Our setup is inside a bungalow, which gives it a much different feel than a standard office or factory. We have transformed the space to fit our needs for the business. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the supplies and equipment we have in the rooms. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just goes to the door to see who it is. We spend our time working on our specific products and keeping track of our inventory. The neighborhood is nice and we have become a part of the local scenery over the years. We are not trying to be some massive corporation with a glass building. We just like having a decent place to work in Shree Nagar. Sometimes we sit out on the porch during breaks to get some fresh air. The work gets done without much fuss. We do not use fancy brochures or sales pitches. People usually find us because they know the Anand Dham landmark. It is a simple way of doing business, keeping things local and manageable within the space we have at the bungalow.
