We are based out of C/503 in Manas Residency, which is on Ghodbunder Road over in Kasarvadavali, Thane West. Living and working in Thane means you get used to the commute and the constant building going on everywhere around you. Shree Mahavir Patwa Home Buyers Association came about because we were all dealing with the same stuff when it came to property and housing. We are just a group of neighbors and friends who decided to get organized. Our office is basically a room in the residency where we keep all the files and meet up when we need to discuss things. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any stretch of the imagination. Usually, there's a lot of paper everywhere because there is always something to track or a form to fill out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people in the building. It started off as just a few of us, but more people joined as they heard we were trying to figure things out. Kasarvadavali is growing fast, so there's always something new happening with the local developments. We don't have fancy titles or a big board of directors. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table trying to make sense of the latest news. It’s a bit informal, and we probably drink too much coffee, but it gets the job done for the people living here in Manas Residency.
