Our office is at number 3 in the Phatakwada New Building. We are located at Tembhi Naka in Thane West. It is a very well-known spot because the Anand Dighe Statue is right nearby. You can't really miss it if you are in this part of Thane. The building itself is older but it serves its purpose. We have a small front window where we can watch the traffic go by on the main road. Tembhi Naka is always full of energy, especially during the festivals. It gets really loud outside then, but we don't mind it much. Inside, it's just a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time. The floor is made of that old tile and the lights flicker sometimes. We handle everything from here, mostly just talking to people and sorting out their travel plans. It’s a straightforward job. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work. Sometimes we drink tea from the stall across the street while we work. It’s a local business through and through. We don’t use any complicated systems, just pen and paper and the computer. It’s comfortable for us. People know us in the neighborhood and we like it that way. It feels honest to work in a place like this where things are simple.
