Our place is located at SN 242/9 13 PL 54 in what they call New Kanerkar Nagar. It is Shovi Gems And Jewels Private Limited. We aren't in a big shopping mall or anything like that. It’s more of a neighborhood spot. The area is still growing, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. We handle gems and jewelry, mostly just the regular stuff people look for. There are a few of us working here every day. It’s not a very big operation. We spend a lot of our time looking at stones or talking to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit dusty when there is construction nearby. We just keep the door closed and keep working. It is a simple setup with some counters and a safe in the back. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. It’s just us trying to make a living and providing what the local folks need. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a big delivery, but we sort it out eventually. We aren't perfect, just a small business trying to do things right. People stop by to ask about prices or just to see what’s new. We don’t have a big fancy website or anything. We just prefer talking to people face to face. It’s been a journey setting this up in Kanerkar Nagar, but we are here every day.
