Even though Thane is a huge and busy city, our office feels more like a local neighborhood spot. We are a Nidhi company, so we deal with things like small savings and loans for our members. We aren't a corporate bank with glass walls and fancy suits. Our office is practical and a bit lived-in. People from the colony drop by all the time, sometimes just to say hello or to ask a quick question about their accounts. We keep things very straightforward. No big words or confusing financial terms here. We do all the record-keeping ourselves and make sure everything is handled correctly at our Jekegram location. It can get a bit loud when the office is full of neighbors, but we don't mind the noise. It’s better than being in a cold, quiet corporate building. We’ve been here in Vartak Nagar for a while and we really like the community feel of the Sainath CHS. Most of the people we help are just regular folks living nearby who want to save a little for the future. We try to be as helpful as possible without any of the usual marketing fluff.
