SHIV SAMPADA NIDHI LIMITED

We’re located in the Anuradha Cooperative Housing Society, Wing B, Number 22. It’s right on Gupte Road. Shiv Sampada Nidhi Limited is a small setup inside the society building. It’s a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you know the wing, it’s easy. We mostly deal with the people living in the building and on the surrounding streets. It’s a cozy little space, maybe a bit cramped when more than three people are inside. We have a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. We don't have any fancy decorations, just a calendar on the wall and a small clock that's usually five minutes fast. Most days are pretty quiet, and we just listen to the traffic on Gupte Road while we work. We help folks with their savings and the occasional small loan they might need for their house or business. It’s a very personal way of doing things. We know who is getting married and who just had a baby in the society. We don't use much technology, just the basic stuff to keep the records straight. It’s a simple life here in the housing society. We just open the door every morning and wait to see who stops by. Sometimes we share a snack with the security guards or the delivery guys. It’s just a friendly, local place where we get the work done without any fuss.
