Shiksha Jagrit Abhiyaan Foundation

We are located over at Shop Number 38 in the Bharati Park building. It’s right on Mira Bhaindar Road in Mira Road East. If you know the area, it’s a pretty lively spot. Our little office is usually filled with papers and chairs. We started this foundation because we noticed kids in the neighborhood needed more than what they were getting. It isn't a fancy place. We have a few desks and some old fans that hum when they're on. The Thane area is growing fast, and we’re just trying to keep up. People drop by all the time asking about different things. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. Living and working in Mira Road means you see a lot of different faces every day. We try to help out where we can. It’s mostly about showing up and being there. The Bharati Park complex is a good spot for us. It’s easy to find if you’re coming from the main road. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we don't mind. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just our little corner of it. It’s honest work and we do it from this small shop. That’s our story, really. No frills. We just keep the door open for anyone who needs us.
