Sheth Developers Pvt.Ltd is based out in Kalyan West. We are in the Mayflower CHS building, specifically in Marrigold A10/13. This is part of the Godrej Hill area in Barave Village. The pin code is 421301. It’s a bit away from the main station, so it’s a little quieter here, which we appreciate when we have a lot of planning to do. Being in Barave Village gives us a bit more space and a slightly different atmosphere than the middle of Thane. Our office is just a regular unit where we keep all our records and meet with people. We don’t go in for all the corporate polish or marketing talk. We are just a team working under the name Sheth Developers Pvt.Ltd. The Mayflower building is a decent place to work from. We spend our mornings checking on our projects and the afternoons are usually for meetings and paperwork. Sometimes the walk up to Godrej Hill can be a bit much if it’s hot, but the view is alright. We’ve been at this address for some time now and it feels like home to us. We don’t have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just show up and do the work that’s required.
