Sherekar Clinic

Thane West is quite a large area, but Kisan Nagar No 1 has its own specific feel. Sherekar Clinic is located right in the middle of it all, inside the Durvankar Building. We are at shop number 6. The building is easy to spot once you get onto the main lane of Kisan Nagar. We have been here for a bit, seeing the neighborhood change as more shops open up nearby. The clinic itself is small and tidy. We try to keep things moving so people do not have to wait too long in the small seating area. It is a very local setup. Most of the people who come in live just a few blocks away in the surrounding buildings. Being in the 400601 zip code means we are part of a very dense community. The Durvankar Building is a familiar landmark for most locals. We do not have a huge team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled properly. The floor is easy to clean, and the lighting is bright enough for what we need. Sometimes the kids from the school nearby make a lot of noise in the afternoon, but it just adds to the atmosphere of the place. We do not use any fancy systems, just a paper register and a simple way of doing things. It is just a neighborhood clinic where we try to be useful to the people living around Thane West.
