Shapoorji&Pallonji Co.Ltd (Cmg)

Our office is tucked away in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector-11 of Nerul (E). We’re in NL-4, Building 5, at H.No-12. If you know the area, it’s a pretty standard spot for an office. Working at Shapoorji&Pallonji Co.Ltd (Cmg) means dealing with the usual Mumbai humidity every single day. The building isn't brand new, and you can tell by looking at the stairs, but it serves us well. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts you see in magazines. It’s just rooms with people working in them. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's strangely quiet. We mostly just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork. Sometimes we talk about the commute because getting through Navi Mumbai isn't always easy. We’ve got a few old fans that make a lot of noise, but they keep the air moving on hot days. It’s a very normal place with normal people. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available to help. We’ve been in this 400706 area for a good bit now. Everyone has their own way of doing things, and we’ve found a rhythm that works for this specific office. It’s honest work and a plain office, and that suits us just fine. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just keep our heads down and get through the day's pile.
