We handle the Navi Mumbai side of the business from here. The commute can be a bit of a grind for some of us, but once we are in the office, it’s all about the work. We have a lot of maps of the surrounding sectors pinned to the walls. It’s a simple setup with no unnecessary frills. We aren't here to win any design awards for our office space; we are here to make sure the construction projects go according to plan. The team is small and we often go out for lunch together at the local spots nearby. We prefer a direct way of speaking and don't get caught up in corporate jargon. If something is wrong, we fix it. If something is working, we keep doing it. That’s the way it goes here in Kamote. Visitors are usually surprised at how quiet it is inside compared to the busy street outside. It’s a good place to focus and get the real work done without any distractions.
