Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd.

Located in Navi Mumbai, our office is at Flat 702 in the A Wing of Israni Tower. That’s over in CBD Belapur, Section 15, on Plot 41. Being up on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the area, though we’re usually too busy with site plans to look out the window much. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd. uses this space for a lot of the administrative side of our local work. Because it’s a standard residential-style building converted for our use, it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate office. People are always moving between the desks and stacks of documents are everywhere. Parking around here can be a real headache sometimes. Most of us just deal with it and move on. No one in this building is wearing a three-piece suit unless they absolutely have to for a big meeting elsewhere. Everyday English is how we talk. Flashy posters or corporate slogans are nowhere to be found on our walls. Only the calendars and project timelines we need to stay organized are pinned up. It gets a bit noisy when the wind hits the tower, but the work gets done regardless. To find us, just look for the A Wing and take the lift up. Someone is usually here until pretty late most evenings.
