Being at Riddhi Siddhi in Luvis Wadi has been our routine for a long while now. It’s a pretty busy part of Thane (W) and we mostly just get on with the daily work here. Local people know the name Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd. because we've been around. Our office is in unit C/008. To be honest, it isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical place where we handle the day-to-day business. Sometimes the phones are ringing constantly, while other times it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside on the main road. Dealing with a lot of paperwork and having people coming in and out throughout the week is standard. That is just how things are run here. We don't spend any time on decorations or trying to make the place look pretty for visitors. The focus stays on the actual projects we have going on at the moment. Most of us have lived in Thane for years. Knowing the shortcuts and where to get a decent cup of tea nearby is helpful when we need a break. It’s a very basic setup. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the files start to pile up when a big job comes in. That's just life in a construction office. Sales pitches or fancy words aren't used here.
