Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd.

Our place is in Harishchandra Naik Sadan, specifically Room No. 2 on the ground floor. It’s on Kopar Cross Road in Shastri Nagar. Dombivli West is a busy area, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people passing by our windows. It’s a simple office for the Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. team. We don’t have much space, so everything is organized very carefully. The walls are a bit plain, and the furniture is just basic stuff we’ve used for years. It’s a practical base for us. We spend a lot of our time out on the roads or at different sites, so this room is where we come back to file everything and regroup. The fan keeps things moving when it gets humid, which is basically all the time. We aren’t interested in making a big impression with a fancy lobby. We just need a place where the phone works and we have enough room to look at drawings. The local shops nearby are where we get our snacks, and the whole neighborhood has a very lived-in feel. It’s an honest workspace for honest work. We have a lot of folders and a few old computers that still do what they’re told. It is just a normal office in a normal building. We keep our doors open for the deliveries and stay focused on the tasks at hand each morning.
