We are Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. and our office is located at B-203, Neelsidhi Splendour. This is in Sector-15 of CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai. The pin code is 400614. If you know the Belapur area, it’s a lot of office buildings and residential spots mixed together. Neelsidhi Splendour is one of those buildings. We are on the second floor in unit B-203. It’s a standard setup for a place like this. We come in every morning, do the work that’s waiting for us, and head home in the evening. The local trains and buses make it easy to get to this part of town. The area is quite organized since it’s a planned part of Navi Mumbai. We have enough space for our desks and some files. It isn't anything fancy, just a place to sit and work. You can hear the hum of the air conditioner and the sounds of the city outside. There are some tea stalls nearby where people gather. It’s a decent environment to work in. We don’t put on airs or try to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the tasks at hand. If you’re in Sector-15, you’ve probably walked past our building a few times. That’s where we are, just working through the week like everyone else. It’s a simple life here in the office, and that's how we like it.
