Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd

This branch is based out of the Bhatsa Gothghar Colony in Shahapur. It’s a bit different from being in the middle of a big city like Mumbai. Here in the 421601 area of Thane, things are a little more spread out. We are the Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd team for this area. Our office is right there in the colony, which makes it easy to stay connected to the local environment. It’s a quiet place compared to the main road, but we stay busy with the local projects. We aren't into fancy corporate branding or anything like that. We just have our desks, our computers, and the tools we need to monitor the construction work. Most of the guys here have been working in the industry for a long time. They know how to handle the rain during the monsoon and the heat in the summer. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Whether it’s checking a shipment of cement or looking over the latest site reports, we just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing department. We just have people who know how to build. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed but focused. We talk about the work, have our lunch together, and then get back to it. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s what we know. We’ve been part of this community for a while now.
