Shapoorji Pallonij & Co Ltd

We are over here at Akash Ganga Apartment, right in the heart of Kisan Nagar No 3 in Thane. It’s 1/2 on the ground floor, so you don't have to climb much. Ganesh Chawk is always busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out getting vegetables or heading home from work. It gets a bit noisy with the rickshaws honking, but that’s just how it is around here. Our space for Shapoorji Pallonij & Co Ltd isn't very big, but it fits what we need for the day-to-day work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with the paperwork and managing things to really worry about that right now. Some days the humidity in Thane really hits you, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People from the neighborhood often walk past the door. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s easy for anyone to find us because everyone knows the Chawk. The desk is usually covered in folders and there’s always a tea cup or two sitting around. We handle everything from this small room. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when more than three people are inside, but we make it work. It’s a practical setup. Nothing fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long, which keeps things from being too quiet. We usually end the day by tidying up the papers.
