Shaikh And Shaikh Realty Llp is located in room number 301 on the third floor of Bhagyoday Apartment. We are in Sector 21 of Nerul East, which is a pretty settled part of Navi Mumbai if you ask me. The building is Plot No 275 and it has been there for a while now. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a daily workout when the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we would like. The office is pretty simple, just some chairs and a few cupboards full of property documents for the Thane and Maharashtra area. We spend a lot of our time looking out at the other apartments in Nerul and waiting for clients to drop by after they finish their work in the evening. It’s a busy neighborhood and there is always some kind of activity on the street below. We usually have the window open to catch a breeze, even if it brings in the city noise.
