We are located in Thane West, right on Pokharan Road Number 2. If you are looking for us, we are in Office Number 12 on the ground floor of Swastik Plaza. It’s right next to the Voltas building, so that’s usually how people find their way here. Being on the ground floor is handy for moving the heavier gear in and out without messing with elevators or narrow stairs. The business is called Servomax Precious Electronics Private Limited, and we’ve been in this space for a decent amount of time. The office isn't very large, but we’ve packed it with everything we need for the day-to-day operations. There’s a lot of activity on the road outside, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of fans and the occasional hum of equipment being tested. We have a small team here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the monsoon rain is heavy and the roads flood. The desks are usually piled high with manuals, shipping labels, and various circuit parts. We don't have a dedicated receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door usually says hello and helps out. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get quite busy towards the end of the month when orders pile up. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have seen several shops come and go. We just keep doing what we do.
